Our client is an IT software management company that’s supports the education sector in the Nottinghamshire area. Developing their solutions in direct response to the latest education trends and requirements whether that’s student safety and safeguarding, new technology, or the rise of cloud services.
They have a new opportunity for a product marketing executive to join their enthusiastic team, to communicate the correct product messaging and relay relevant product information to all product stakeholders both internally and externally.
To manage the production of all product collateral including brochures, videos and datasheets to ensure messaging and information is accurate and aligned to business strategy.
To own all communication, both internally and externally (with customers/partners), related to the product release process.
To develop and maintain a sales ‘cheat sheet’ for each product and keep up-to-date with the latest competitor offerings.
To develop product presentations for sales staff and senior managers to deliver when required.
To deliver product presentations at events and to assist sales teams where relevant.
To develop and maintain a central library of product related content for use in RFIs/RFPs.
To work with the professional services team to ensure training and product support material is correct and on message.
To work with external safeguarding partners on joint product messaging.
Over 4 years working in a related role.
Good technical understanding of software solutions.
Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
Good organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with experience in delivering presentations.
Efficient time management skills.
