Our client is one of the regions largest and most progressive integrated brand and communications agencies servicing some great clients across traditional graphic design and digital media. Our client works with some of the top blue chip companies including leisure, FMCG, automotive and retail. Well structured and managed agency in a vibrant office environment.
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team and help deliver outstanding service for their clients. The successful candidate will need an impressive track record in marketing and communications, proven leadership skills and a real desire to exceed expectations. Experience in the DIY sector will be an advantage but not essential.
You will be working in a fast-paced, innovative and challenging environment and solid communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential, as you'll be leading and organising team members to execute projects effectively and efficiently. You'll also need a strong commercial understanding - particularly of sales versus costs, and account profitability. Working with clients to understand and develop their marketing strategies, you'll be confident both to interpret and challenge their briefs.
Confidence and credibility are crucial to succeed in this role as you'll have the opportunity to influence at a global level. You will need to have an understanding of and realise the importance of brand strategy, marketing planning, business development and market research across a range of communication channels.
This role is a full time permanent position.
