Our client, part of a well-established global business who provide innovative educational products, has a fantastic opportunity for a Creative Digital Designer to join their team in Nottinghamshire.
 
Working closely with Digital, Direct and Product Marketing, you will be responsible for the positioning of the brand on a multi-channel, global basis across a wide range of online and offline campaigns.
 
You will see projects through from conception to delivery, providing advice and guidance on new and innovative ways to market the company’s products through all of their digital channels. You’ll be at the forefront of idea generation, using your design knowledge alongside their talented teams. You’ll also bring a deep technical knowledge of best in-class UX digital design.
 
Key responsibilities:  
Working as a key person in the Creative Services team, you will deliver digital creative briefs from concept to conclusion to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be responsible for a range of cross-platform digital design work including inspirational content for website, emails, mobile and social media.
Working closely with the Digital team, you’ll have a keen interest in UX ROI from all your digital output such as website conversion or email click-through rates.
Attend Marketing and Digital meetings and present creative executions when required. Be prepared to challenge and question briefs to achieve the best solution.
Develop in-depth knowledge of design best practice, demonstrating your awareness of key competitors and market trends in the creative solutions presented.
 
Key requirements:
Proven creative digital design experience with a demonstrable track record of success and seasoned know-how in best use of creative applications including the Adobe CC suite.
Knowledge of ‘Zmags’ or equivalent digital creation software would be advantageous.
Understanding and application of UX disciplines in digital content design.
Highly organised and results driven – able to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering to agreed timescales and budget at all times.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, credible, open and approachable, with the ability to adjust your manner and creative solutions to suit your audience.
Passionate about design and have outstanding attention to detail.
