Job Specification:

Our client is a prominent East Midlands based print company, specialising in high quality, cost effective printing to both trade and non trade companies and organisations throughout the UK, utilising both lithographic and the latest digital print technology for short and long print runs. From business cards to brochures, from eye-catching, personalised mailers to the more complex bespoke projects.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced artworker to join their small but perfectly formed team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a studio environment along with sound technical skills and knowledge of industry terminology. Fully Mac proficient, you will be fluent in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of other software packages including Powerpoint and Publisher would be an advantage but not essential.

It will be your role to produce quality artwork for a broad range of projects and to ensure that client guidelines are met. You will also deal with all the technical aspects of various documents – making sure everything is accurate. You will be responsible for informing line managers of potential delays in achieving and delivering to the agreed schedules, and will therefore posses excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team whilst taking ownership for your own projects.

You will need strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, a very flexible approach and a flair for grammar and punctuation.
